We recently awarded 2 new grants for clean water projects in rural communities. More than 4,000 individuals – half of them children – will benefit.

Around the world, diarrheal disease kills more than 4,000 children a day, even though proven solutions exist for prevention and treatment. Our Call to Action asks national leaders, policymakers, and donors to respond to this immense burden by allocating resources for interventions, research, and strengthened health systems.

Congratulations to Dr. Scott Cohen who was selected as one of four "Pediatric Heroes" by the American Academy of Pediatrics for his role in creating GPA seven years ago.
